Key Responsibilities

  • Account Strategy & Expansion: Grow revenue within existing accounts by positioning Botree's full suite of solutions.

  • Process & Reporting: Implement structured CRM and reporting processes for accurate forecasting and account visibility.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 7+ years in Account Management, with at least 4 years in a SaaS or tech product company.
  • Proven track record in scaling account revenue and driving SaaS metrics (MRR growth, retention).
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for technology and its potential to drive customer success.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of exceeding goals in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing delivery outcomes.
