Position - HR Assistant (Plant Operations)

Experience - 2+ yrs

Location- Bikaner, Rajasthan

We Are Hiring looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our plant operations and HR functions. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow their HR career while working closely with the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Time Office activities and maintain accurate attendance records

Maintain and update labour records as per compliance

Oversee employee seating and basic facilities in the plant

Track and verify employee work status daily

Identify and report operational hurdles for quick resolution

Handle documentation and reporting for HR and admin activities

Assist in other HR and plant-related tasks as required

Who Can Apply:-

Graduate in HR/Administration or related field (freshers can also apply)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)

Good communication and coordination skills

Ready to work at our Bikaner plant location
