Role Overview

As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end technical support and maintenance of production and development environments, ensuring system stability, scalability, and performance. This role involves working across hardware, software, servers, and networks while implementing solutions at the operating system and infrastructure level. You will manage incidents, resolve technical challenges, and proactively maintain systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal efficiency. Your day-to-day work will include troubleshooting, process documentation, knowledge sharing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable IT services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive technical support for production and development systems across multiple platforms.
  • Act as an SME in DevOps practices, offering guidance and solutions to complex infrastructure issues.
  • Independently handle incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
  • Participate actively in team discussions, knowledge-sharing sessions, and problem-solving activities.
  • Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge growth.
  • Ensure smooth operation of CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and infrastructure automation.
  • Monitor system performance, implement patches/updates, and maintain system security compliance.

Required Skills

  • Must-Have:
    Strong proficiency in
    DevOps methodologies and tools
    .
  • In-depth understanding of
    Continuous Integration (CI)
    and
    Continuous Deployment (CD)
    practices.
  • Hands-on experience with
    cloud platforms
    – AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Proficiency with
    containerization technologies
    such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of
    scripting languages
    like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in infrastructure and application environments.

Additional Information

  • A minimum of 5
    years' experience in DevOps and infrastructure support
    is required.
  • This position is based at our
    Bengaluru office
    .
  • A
    15 years full-time education background
    is mandatory.
