Key Responsibilities

  • Machine Setup: Prepares and sets up injection molding machines for each production run, including installing molds and setting machine controls like temperature, pressure, and time according to blueprints and work orders.
  • Material Handling: Fills machine hoppers with raw materials, such as plastic powders or pellets, and may mix materials and color pigments as needed.
  • Process Monitoring: Observes the molding process to ensure smooth and efficient operation, monitoring for jams, malfunctions, or defects.
  • Quality Control: Inspects finished products to ensure they meet predetermined specifications, identifying and reporting any defects or inconsistencies.
  • Machine Maintenance: Performs routine checks, cleans the machinery, and makes minor repairs to keep the equipment in optimal working condition.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹39,578.85 per month
