Sshrishti Trust a not-for-profit with a mission to Educate, Empower & Equalise, is looking for a mission-driven professional to lead our Fundraising & Communications portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive fundraising growth & sustainability, meeting defined targets.
  • Build and nurture donor networks and corporate partnerships.
  • Research, design, and submit impactful proposals & donor reports.
  • Strengthen visibility & brand promotion via digital & offline channels.
  • Develop communication materials – reports, flyers, campaigns, blogs, videos.
  • Coordinate donor meetings & project site visits.

Who We're Looking For

  • 5+ years experience in fundraising/communications (NGO/social sector preferred).
  • Proven fundraising track record and excellent donor engagement skills.
  • Strong written & spoken English and Hindi.
  • Creative thinker with proposal writing & design flair.
  • Master's degree in Communications, Business, PR, or related field.
  • Knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
