Sr. Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise overall store operations, including billing, stock control, and customer service.
• Manage procurement of medicines, surgical items, and healthcare products from suppliers.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and maintain optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or expiry.
• Verify and approve purchase orders, GRNs, and vendor bills.
• Handle coordination with distributors and ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain proper storage conditions and compliance with pharmacy regulations.
• Oversee staff performance, duty rosters, and daily sales reporting.
• Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and daily reconciliation.
• Handle customer queries and maintain good relationships with regular clients and hospitals.
• Monitor expiry returns and stock adjustments on a regular basis.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and discipline standards are followed in the store.
• Report daily and monthly performance to management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Diploma in Pharmacy or related field preferred.
• Minimum 6–7 years of experience in managing a medical store or pharmacy (retail/wholesale).
• Strong knowledge of medicines, HSN codes, and inventory systems.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Computer proficiency (Tally / billing software / MS Office).
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.
