Role Overview

We are looking for a
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
for our MBA program to design, review, and enhance academic content, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and industry trends. The role involves developing engaging learning material, supporting faculty, and integrating real-world business insights into coursework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and update course content, case studies, and assessments.
  • Contribute to curriculum design in line with UGC/AICTE guidelines.
  • Support faculty with teaching resources and training.
  • Ensure academic quality through rigorous assessment creation and moderation.
  • Incorporate current industry practices and research into learning materials.

Requirements

  • MBA/PGDM in relevant specialization; Ph.D. preferred.
  • 3–8 years of academic/industry experience.
  • Strong subject knowledge, research, and content development skills.
  • Proficiency in digital learning tools and excellent communication skills.
