Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials, with a focus on FICO Controlling areas including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month-End Close, Overhead Assessment, and Settlement.

Collaborate with implementation partners to support Treasury, Costing, Fund Management modules, ensuring ongoing system maintenance and support.

Support compliance with GST regulations by implementing necessary modifications within SAP to facilitate GST Returns.

Gather and analyze user requirements; configure SAP FICO modules to meet organizational needs.

Develop and implement custom modifications or enhancements to SAP FICO modules as required.

Design, customize, configure, and test SAP FI/CO modules to ensure optimal functionality.

Identify system gaps, resolve issues, and develop work-around solutions to ensure seamless financial processes.

Partner with the finance team to understand business needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

Maintain a good understanding of accounting principles, banking, treasury operations, and GST laws to support configuration and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

5-10 years of proven experience in SAP FICO module implementation, support, and customization.

Strong knowledge of SAP Controlling modules including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis.

Experience supporting Treasury, Fund Management, and related modules.

Sound understanding of GST laws and experience implementing GST-related modifications in SAP.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with finance and technical teams.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP configurations.

Prior experience working with implementation partners is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Certification in SAP FICO.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is advantageous.

Knowledge of additional modules like Project System and Results Analysis.
