Lead generation through various databases, social media platforms like LinkedIn & industry research

Generate new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails & follow-up

Understanding customers specifications by asking questions to them and solve their queries related to products and services

1. Prepare report by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing.

2.Should be confident & fluent English while addressing customer queries or concerns

3.Providing appropriate services to our customers

  1. Responsible for converting prospective customers into actual customers

  2. Dealing with customer service issues such as queries and complaints

  3. Handle Leads and potential customers

  4. Job role demands you to travel either to find new clients or customers or to maintain relationships with the customers whom you are already working with.
  5. Must contact all the clients and potential customers to discuss whether their products would meet their requirements.
  6. Should arrange meetings with the clients in their offices or arrange the meeting with the purchase department.
  7. Should focus of the increase the companys sales
  8. Should have price negotiation skills so that you can negotiate with the customers on behalf of the organization to reach a favourable agreement for both.
  9. Generate business leads for the company from corporate, institutional offices and also prepare and maintain statistical data and provide reports whenever necessary.
