Job Summary
This position is responsible for executing TriNet's pricing strategy and working with business partners to foster a proactive, continuous improvement process to ensure pricing updates are executed timely and accurately. The position is also responsible for tools, systems, and metrics that drive ongoing performance, reinforce the execution of pricing strategy and support overall corporate goals. Strict adherence to SOX controls and compliance is critical for success in this role.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and analyze data pertaining to pricing functions relative to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
• Assist managers and other stakeholders executing pricing strategies and programs"
• Participate with team members in various ad hoc data analysis, to support SOX compliance, and operational improvements
• Identifies process enhancement opportunities and organize and streamline department processes as instructed
• Execute assigned SOX controls and back-up SOX Control Owners
• Collaborate across departments to solve client facing issues, answer client's pricing related inquiries
• Participates in organizational projects
• Communicates and resolves inquiries of internal and external customer
• Serves as an escalation point
• Analyze data and prepare recommendation for managers
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

Qualifications
Education

• Bachelor's Degree and equivalent experience - required

Work Experience

• Typically 2+ years - required

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Support continuous improvement processes, analyzing problems and recommending actions for effective resolution
• Demonstrated ability to identify financial risks and gaps that can impact SOX compliance
• Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
• Strong MS Office Skills including Visio
• Working knowledge of PeopleSoft
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent collaboration, team work and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Process and detail oriented
• Must be able to prioritize daily tasks and meet critical deadlines
• A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
