We are looking for a skilled PLC Programmer with hands-on experience in industrial automation projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently developing, debugging, and commissioning PLC-based control systems for automation applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, program, test, and commission PLC-based automation systems.
  • Design and implement control logic for machines and automated systems.
  • Configure and integrate PLCs with HMIs, SCADA systems, and field devices.
  • Perform on-site troubleshooting, debugging, and system optimization.
  • Interpret and work with electrical schematics, P&ID diagrams, and wiring diagrams.
  • Support control panel design and ensure compliance with industrial standards.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and project teams to deliver solutions on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

PLC Programming & Automation

  • Strong proficiency in PLC programming using:

  • Ladder Logic (LD)

  • Function Block Diagram (FBD)
  • Structured Text (ST)

  • Sequential Function Charts (SFC)

  • Hands-on experience with PLC platforms:

  • Siemens

  • Omron

  • Inovance

  • Ability to independently develop and debug complex PLC programs.

Hardware & Integration

  • Experience in HMI and SCADA configuration
  • Knowledge of VFD setup, parameterization, and commissioning

  • Familiarity with industrial communication protocols:

  • Ethernet/IP

  • Profibus

  • Basic understanding of industrial networking and control systems integration.

Troubleshooting & Design

  • Strong skills in troubleshooting PLC, HMI, VFD, and field devices.

  • Ability to read and interpret:

  • Electrical schematics

  • P&ID diagrams

  • Wiring diagrams

  • Experience in control panel design and system optimization.

  • Advanced debugging skills during commissioning and production support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Machine Automation, Packaging Machines, Conveyor Systems, or Crane Automation
  • Exposure to site commissioning and customer interaction
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
