We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Lead to oversee the entire HR function, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR strategy. The ideal candidate will lead the HR team, align HR initiatives with business objectives, and foster a productive and positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure efficient execution of all HR functions.
  • Partner with senior management to drive people-centric initiatives.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for all departments.
  • Manage manpower planning, budgeting, and headcount forecasting.
  • Build employer branding strategies and talent pipelines.

Performance Management

  • Drive annual performance appraisal and goal-setting processes.
  • Facilitate feedback discussions and ensure consistency in evaluation.
  • Identify high-potential employees for succession planning.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive and transparent work environment.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Design and implement engagement programs to boost morale and retention.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Supervise payroll, attendance, and leave management.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.) and handle labour audits.
  • Maintain HR records, policies, and MIS reports.

Training & Development

  • Assess training needs and organize learning programs.
  • Promote career growth, leadership development, and skill-building initiatives.

  • Hands-on experience with HRMS systems and MS Office tools.
