L1 Desktop Support Engineer

Job Details:-

  • Managing the Infrastructure Support.
  • Monitoring Data center servers, networks physically and through remote with TeamViewer and Whatsupgold monitoring tool.
  • Basic knowledge of Network Tools such as Whatsup Gold & Opmanager monitoring Tools.
  • Cisco technologies including routing and switching experience for Layer 2 Switch.
  • Troubleshoot straightforward networking problems independently by investigating underlying problems.
  • Evaluate, implement and monitor incoming network change requests.
  • Monitor and respond to network incidents, triage and resolve the problem
  • Decommission of network technology in accordance with Client equipment refresh plan.
