Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Shop Manager located in Raipur, with some work from home options available. The Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing store functions, providing excellent customer service, and enhancing customer experience. Key responsibilities include maintaining inventory, supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing store policies.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Familiarity with store management software and tools
