Role Description

This full-time, on-site role of Site Supervisor is based in Pune. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations at construction and interior project sites, ensuring timely and quality execution of work. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, managing site staff, maintaining adherence to project schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Site Supervisor will also monitor progress, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain regular communication with the project management team to ensure the seamless delivery of projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Site Supervision, Construction Management, and Interior Works coordination
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, layouts, and design specifications
  • Proficiency in Quality Control, Time Management, and Resource Allocation
  • Knowledge of Safety Standards and Compliance in construction environments
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills for team and stakeholder management
  • Experience in managing corporate interior projects or working in similar roles is a plus
  • Relevant certifications or a diploma/degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields
