AUtomobile Enginner with CAD

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automobile Engineer with strong proficiency in CAD software to join our engineering and product development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and improving automotive components and systems, ensuring performance, safety, and cost-effectiveness. This role requires strong technical knowledge, innovative thinking, and hands-on experience with CAD modelling and drafting tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automotive components, assemblies, and systems using CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Siemens NX).
• Create 2D drawings, 3D models, GD&T, and detailed technical documentation.
• Conduct feasibility studies, engineering calculations, and design validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, R&D, testing, and quality.
• Support prototype development, testing activities, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines.
• Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong expertise in CAD tools (CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
• Good understanding of automotive systems (powertrain, chassis, body, electrical systems, etc.).
• Knowledge of material selection, manufacturing processes, and GD&T. (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)

Candidate from Automobile sector Specially from Electric Vehicle will be added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
