Job Description:

  2. MOM Business - ASM- 6-8 cr, CSM cr, RSM cr (minimum)
  3. ROI - 9.5% - 11%
  4. HL % - Should be 70% or more of the MOM business
  5. Sourcing channels- DSA, Builders & Connectors

    • Sales: Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to meet or exceed sales targets 
       
    • Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives 
       
    • Market analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities 
       
    • Customer relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders 
       
    • Training: Provide guidance, coaching, and training to sales team members 
       
    • Sales process: Manage the sales process from login to disbursement 
       
    • Customer feedback: Collect customer feedback and provide updates to senior management 
       
    • Sales presentations: Present company offerings and build brand awareness to potential and existing customers 
       
    • Sales closing: Close sales through outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers 
       


    Additional responsibilities 
    • Assist in negotiating terms and follow through to closing
    • Implement procedures and training to prevent frauds
    • Understand competitor products and services
