Graphic Designer
who understands this at their core.

If you are someone who can:

  • Design scroll-stopping social media content (grids, carousels, reels covers)
  • Create high-converting ad creatives for Meta and Google campaigns
  • Edit short-form videos and reels with hooks that capture attention in the first 3 seconds
  • Build strong brand identities and visual stories
  • Manage multiple brands at once without compromising quality
  • Collaborate closely with social media managers, content teams, and performance marketers

What you must already know

Minimum 2–3 years of experience working in a marketing agency handling multiple clients is a must

  • Full Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, XD
  • CapCut & Canva for fast and polished turnarounds
  • Strong sense of
    typography, layouts, and visual storytelling
  • How to design for campaigns, not just posts—your work should serve growth goals
  • Agency life: tight deadlines, multiple revisions, high standards, and quick execution
  • Knowledge of
    3D and Blender
    is a plus, but not mandatory

What we expect from you

  • Immediate joining only.
    If you have a notice period, this role isn't for you.
  • You must be able to work independently. No hand-holding, no waiting for directions—you know how to handle accounts because you've done this before.
  • You should bring ideas, not just designs. Creativity is strategy here.
  • You must treat every brand you work on as your own, not as just another "task."

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on your skill and experience).

This is a
remote role
for now, with the possibility of hybrid work from Kochi in the future.

portfolio that proves you've worked with multiple brands
across industries, delivering both static and motion design that drives results.
