Payroll Manager Shared Services (UAE)

Role Overview Responsible for leading HR Shared Services with a strong focus on UAE Payroll, compliance, audit readiness, and managing large workforce volumes.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in Shared Services (UAE Payroll).
  • Ability to handle large employee volumes.
  • Knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Finance processes.
  • Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law.
  • Systematic, target-oriented, and flexible in work timings.
  • Demonstrated team management experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP / SaaS systems.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in UAE shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure weekly payroll checks and data integrity.
  • Prepare and validate payroll variance reports.
  • Validate attendance and leave records weekly.
  • Prepare and submit payroll observation reports.
  • Lead and guide a team of AM + Executives + Specialists.
  • Drive HR system utilization and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and audit standards.
