Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
  • Ensure availability of pantry supplies, drinking water, and basic stationery.
  • Collect and distribute documents, parcels, and courier packages within and outside the office.
  • Assist administrative and HR staff with photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic clerical work.
  • Support in organising office meetings — setting up meeting rooms, arranging chairs, and ensuring refreshments are ready.
  • Run errands such as purchasing small items, depositing or collecting documents from banks or vendors.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance or repair requirements (lights, plumbing, air conditioning, etc.).
  • Maintain confidentiality of office information at all times.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: SSLC / 10th Pass (Higher secondary preferred).
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Polite, punctual, and trustworthy.
  • Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions.
  • Physically fit and active.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position.
  • Working hours: 9.30 AM to Closing

Compensation:

  • Salary: 15000
