Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Azure DevOps and Infrastructure Expert to join our dynamic team at Allianz.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in both DevOps methodologies and infrastructure management, focusing on designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and efficient systems.

You will :

Architecture And Design :

- Develop and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure solutions.

- Create architecture blueprints and detailed documentation.

- Maintain architectural integrity and consistency across all projects.

DevOps Implementation :

- Lead the adoption and implementation of DevOps practices and tools.

- Automate deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management processes.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment workflows.

Infrastructure Management :

- Manage and maintain both cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for critical systems.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Collaboration And Leadership :

- Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

- Mentor and guide junior team members.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Security And Compliance :

- Implement security best practices across all infrastructure and DevOps processes.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

- Continuously improve processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and performance.

- Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies.
