UpRango is hiring a Business Development Executive who enjoys conversations, spotting opportunities, and helping clients find the right digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Find new business opportunities on Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and similar platforms
  • Write clear and personalized proposals
  • Build and maintain client relationships through regular follow-ups
  • Manage leads, CRM updates, and sales pipelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, timelines, and project details
  • Stay updated on industry trends and suggest improvements in service offerings

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
  • Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, or Fiverr is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable talking to international clients
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Basic understanding of IT, web development, or digital marketing is an advantage
