Reporting to the Chief Digital Trust Officer the GRC Analyst is responsible for helping to verify and to advice Esko employees on enhancing internal digital Governance, Risk, Compliance controls based on global compliance standards (in security, privacy, regulatory and AI) and will be located in Bangalore India.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Digital controls and IT compliance documentation
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating digital controls and compliance policies, procedures and guidelines with high quality.
  • Ensure these policies, procedures and guidelines are properly communicated, trained and accessible to all relevant (internal) stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement of security and compliance processes.
  • Assessments and Audits
  • Help pro-actively plan and prepare with Esko associates all required evidences for external compliance audits (ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, CSA CAIQ, etc.).
  • Follow up on the compliance with internal controls, contractual and legal regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in risk assessments and in critical third-party due diligence.
  • Digital Risk Management
  • Support digital risk identification and assessment activities across Esko.
  • Help maintain digital risk register
  • Follow up the digital risk action plans within Esko.
  • Reporting & documentation
  • Maintain high quality GRC documentation repositories.
  • Help prepare regular compliance reports for the Chief Digital Trust Officer.
  • Training & Awareness
  • Ensure policies, procedures and guidelines are properly communicated, trained and accessible to all relevant (internal) stakeholders via compliance training initiatives.
  • Collaborate in training and compliance awareness campaigns within Esko.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • At least 3-5 years of practical experience in GRC analyst role (IT audit, IT compliance)
  • Practical experience with ISO27001, SOC2
  • Knowledge of CSA CAIQ, ISO42001
  • Hybrid work with mandatory face to face team meetings in the Esko Bangalore office every quarter
