Key Responsibilities :

- Translate business needs into clear and well-documented functional and non-functional requirements

- Design scalable and comprehensive marketing automation solutions using MoEngage, including data models, segmentation strategies, workflows, personalization, and reporting mechanisms

- Architect integrations between MoEngage and systems such as CRM, CDP, e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and other marketing technologies using APIs and integration methods

- Maintain up-to-date expertise in MoEngage features, APIs, and best practices and provide guidance to internal teams and clients

- Provide technical leadership to implementation teams, ensuring adherence to architecture and best practices, while mentoring junior team members

- Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales by contributing technical expertise, proposals, and participating in client presentations

- Design with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability, identifying potential bottlenecks and ensuring platform readiness for large-scale data and campaigns

- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including solution architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and configuration guides, and contribute to internal knowledge bases

- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues during implementations and integrations, providing effective resolutions

- Ensure all solutions comply with security and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- 6 to 10 years of experience in solution architecture or marketing automation roles

- Strong hands-on expertise with the MoEngage platform, including APIs, SDKs, and advanced configurations

- Proven experience integrating MoEngage with CRM, CDP, e-commerce, and analytics systems

- Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL

- Solid understanding of marketing automation workflows, segmentation, personalization, and analytics

- Experience in leading technical teams and client-facing solution design discussions

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with other marketing automation tools such as Braze, WebEngage, CleverTap, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud

- Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure for hosting and integrations

- Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR or CCPA

- Experience in pre-sales solution consulting roles
