Key Responsibilities

  • Visit salons, spas, and beauty parlors within the assigned territory to promote Shills Professional products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and stylists.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for salon staff.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through direct and relationship-based selling.
  • Expand the salon network and onboard new clients.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding dues.
  • Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback for reporting purposes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or salon industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with salon professionals.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Good knowledge of the local salon market will be an added advantage.
  • Two-wheeler and a valid driving license required.
