NDPMS- Dealer

Role & responsibilities :

• Execute buy/sell orders strictly based on client approvals and portfolio manager recommendations
• Ensure trades are executed within the agreed timelines and price bands.
• Maintain compliance with SEBI regulations and internal risk controls.
• Coordinate with clients to confirm trade instructions and obtain approvals.
• Provide trade confirmations and reports post-execution.
• Coordinate with custodians, brokers, and back-office teams for settlement
• Ensure timely reporting of executed trades to clients and internal systems.
• Support audit and compliance reviews with complete documentation.

Preferred candidate profile:

• The candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in in dealing or trade execution roles in PMS, broking, or AMC setups.
• Should have good understanding of listed equity markets, mutual funds, PMS and AIFs.
• Experience in dealing side equity research, buy side equity research, Investment counsellor and investment advisors role preferred.
• Should have good analytical, problem solving and communication skills and be a team player.
• Familiarity with PMS regulations and SEBI guidelines other financial market tools.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Proficiency in trading platforms and Excel

Qualification

• Graduation and other degree in Finance is preferred.
