Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking AI Lead to guide our talented team of engineers and shape the future of our AI-driven products. The ideal candidate is a seasoned expert with a strong background in Python, FastAPI, and Azure cloud integration. You will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions, while also spearheading our strategic migration to the .NET framework. Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• AI Development & Architecture: Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable AI models and applications using Python, with a focus on creating efficient APIs using FastAPI.
• Azure Integration: Architect and manage the end-to-end integration of AI solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, utilizing services like Azure Machine Learning, Azure Functions, and Azure Cognitive Services.
• .NET Migration: Champion the team's transition from a Python-based stack to a .NET environment. This includes learning the .NET framework, guiding the team through the migration process, and establishing best practices for future development.
• Innovation & Strategy: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI, LLMs, and MLOps. Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to maintain our competitive edge.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven experience in a senior or lead role, managing AI/ML projects and teams.

Technical Proficiency

• Strong expertise in Python and its core data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
  
  Hands-on experience building and deploying APIs using FastAPI.
  
  Demonstrated experience with AI/ML model integration on Microsoft Azure.

• Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and guide a technical team.

• Adaptability: A strong willingness and demonstrated capacity to learn new technologies, specifically the .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET Core).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with the .NET framework or C#.
• Deep understanding of modern AI trends, including Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and multi-modal AI.
• Experience with MLOps principles and tools.
• A portfolio of deployed AI projects or contributions to open-source initiatives.
