  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Develop and post job descriptions on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and internal systems.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, career fairs).
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage the offer process including salary recommendations, reference checks, and offer letters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility in the job market.
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interviewing methods, and hiring best practices.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet tight deadlines.
