ERM and Audit Lead

Job Purpose: To set up and lead the Enterprise Risk Management framework for Company. Also lead and execute periodic risk-based internal audits, management audits, forensics, IT audits, internal projects, trainings, etc. across the group. To promote compliance with the Groups policies, procedures, and global systems.
Core Responsibilities
Policies & Procedures
To participate in the Groups internal audit function and to develop global annual internal audit plans based on risk assessments & group internal audit requirements.
Establish and communicate the scope and objectives for the audit to concerned members
Internal Audit
Conduct risk-based internal audits of business processes and systems and support the senior team on other audits as required
To assess controls, operational efficiencies and compliance with selected policies, procedures and regulations including any special task/ projects
Resolve audit challenges and develop modifications for suitable coverage and timelines
Conduct audits to evaluate whether the policies and processes are designed and operating effectively and provide pragmatic recommendations
Perform special reviews / audits as per management requirements
Perform and coordinate for IT audits
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, Identify, analyze and document potential risks across all business units & maintain a risk register.
Develop and implement ERM policies, procedures, and frameworks.
Track key risk indicators, prepare risk reports, and communicate risk exposure to stakeholders.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and evaluate control effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Work with departments to integrate ERM into business processes. Facilitate risk workshops & trainings.

Internal: Business Process owners / function teams; Unit Heads; Functional Heads
External: Coordinate with external stakeholders as may be applicable
