We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Auditor with mandatory experience in Government audits to join our team. The ideal candidate should be familiar with audit procedures, proficient in Tally software, and capable of reading and writing in Marathi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal audits in accordance with standard auditing practices, particularly those relevant to Government audit processes.
  • Review financial records, systems, and controls to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting issues and recommendations.
  • Liaise with different departments and external stakeholders as needed during the audit process.
  • Use Tally for analysis and review of accounting data.
  • Document audit findings in Marathi and English, as per requirement.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

  • Mandatory experience in Government audit for at least 6-7 months.
  • Working knowledge of Tally ERP software.
  • Ability to read and write in Marathi is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and report-writing skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments.
  • Familiarity with relevant government financial regulations and compliance norms.
  • Experience in internal controls and risk assessment.
