Job Summary:

We're seeking a unique individual who excels in both client service and content writing to join our team. As a client service & content writer, you'll manage client relationships, develop strategies, create compelling content, and proofread thoroughly to deliver error free works.

Responsibilities:

Client Service:

  • Manage client relationships and communications

  • Develop and implement strategies and campaigns

  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations

  • Conduct client meetings and presentations

  • Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.

  • Proofreading documents.

  • Delivering projects in deadline.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in client service or account management

  • 1+ years of experience in content writing (or related field)

  • Strong communication and project management skills

  • Experience in branding and packaging design

  • Portfolio showcasing your writing skills and style

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
