Job Title: Education Counselor Experience: 1-2 Years Location: Andheri, Borivali, Thane Salary: 20, ,000 INR (Fixed) + Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents on available courses, career paths, and admission procedures.
Understand students' needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
Follow up with potential leads through calls, emails, and meetings.
Assist students in completing the admission process, including document submission.
Maintain and update records of student inquiries and enrollments.
Achieve assigned targets for student enrollments and revenue generation.
Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and educational programs to provide accurate guidance.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
