We're looking for a Data Analyst who's passionate about using data to drive growth and eager to evolve into a Performance Marketing Specialist. This is a unique hybrid role where you'll start with analytics, learn how to translate insights into marketing actions, and eventually manage campaigns that shape our app's global reach.

Role Overview

As a
Data Analyst (Performance Marketing)
, you'll be the analytical backbone of our growth team - turning marketing and user data into actionable insights. Over time, you'll gain hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid user acquisition campaigns across
Google Ads (UAC)
,
Apple Search Ads
, and
Meta Ads
.

This role is perfect for someone who is strong with numbers, curious about growth, and excited to learn performance marketing from the inside out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze campaign and user data from
    Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta
    , and other channels.
  • Work with analytics platforms such as
    Firebase, GA4, AppsFlyer / Singular, App Store Connect,
    and
    Google App Console
    .
  • Build dashboards and reports to track key
    KPIs - CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV,
    and
    Retention
    .
  • Use
    Excel, Google Sheets
    , and
    SQL to clean, analyze
    , and
    visualize data
    .
  • Present insights that influence marketing and product decisions.
  • Planning, Execution
    , and
    optimization
    of paid campaigns across major ad networks.
  • Support budget allocation,
    A/B testing
    , and creative optimization.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to align creative testing with growth insights.
  • Collaborate with the
    ASO Team
    (App Store Optimization) to leverage and boost app visibility.
  • Take ownership of campaign strategy as you grow in the role.

What We're Looking For

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in
    data analysis, marketing analytics,
    or
    mobile growth
    .
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in
    Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL
    .
  • Familiarity with
    AppsFlyer, Firebase, GA4,
    or
    similar tools
    .
  • Understanding of key
    mobile metrics
    :
    CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV
    , and
    retention
    .
  • Ability to translate data insights into business or marketing actions.
  • Basic understanding or
    curiosity
    about
    digital marketing
    and
    paid acquisition
    .
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
