Warden

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and take care of all boys in the home.
• Ensure daily routines — waking up, hygiene, meals, school, and study time — are followed.
• Maintain discipline in a kind and respectful manner.
• Oversee cleanliness, order, and safety of the dormitory and living areas.
• Coordinate with teachers, social workers, and medical staff regarding the boys' needs.
• Keep attendance, health, and progress records.
• Support extracurricular and personality development activities.
• Handle emergencies and report incidents promptly.
• Act as a mentor and role model for the boys.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum: Graduate (preferably in Social Work / Education).
• Experience in managing children or hostel administration preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and disciplined.
• Ability to work in a team and handle responsibilities independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
