Senior Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Location: Madhya Pradesh Water Project Multiple Sites under JJM

Designation: Senior Manager/AGM _ Water Project

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve project goals, timelines, and budgets
2. Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
3. Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and other project staff
4. Conduct site inspections, monitoring progress , billing and identifying areas for improvement
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance

Qualifications:

1. 15+ years of experience in water civil engineering, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects
2. Strong technical expertise in OHT, WTP, pipeline, JJM, house connections, pump house etc.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
5. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Pay: ₹120, ₹200,000.00 per month
