ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a creative Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure DevOps) to join our DevOps team. We are a bunch of engineers who are passionate about reliability, automation, and scalability in a cloud- native environment. We use an agile-based framework to execute our work, ensuring we are always focused on the most important and impactful needs of the business. We are relentless in automating manual, repetitive work so we can focus on projects that help move the business forward.
Senior DevOps The Role ** Scrum Master and Project management with Devops knowledge or experience is a must** Build and deploy IAAC code for Secure infrastructure automation in Azure Cloud. Have solid hands-on experience of minimum 4 years with Docker, Bitbucket, GIT, Artifactory, Azure and similar CI/CD (Open Source) tools. Have hands on experience writing Python, Shell / Bash Scripts in Linux environment. Produce accurate, unambiguous technical specifications to the appropriate detail. Deliver customer value in the form of high-quality hardware, software components and services in adherence with IaaS policies on security, performance, longevity, and integration. Coordinate and troubleshoot complex technical issues until resolution. Understand and follow engineering conventions, architectures, and best practices; implement new conventions where necessary, teaching those methodologies to more junior members of the team. Perform peer code reviews to ensure quality standards. Act as the subject matter expert for area of assignment. Advise and mentor more junior team members to maximize overall productivity and effectiveness of the team. Coordinate efforts within own team and immediate team members. Cultivates strong business relationships with business stakeholders. Explains solutions in a way that both technical and product audiences can grasp and shares insights with peers. Share business and technical learnings with the broader dev and product organizations. What can you expect from us? You have a Computer Science Engineering qualification (B. E. or B. Tech or MTech) from a reputed university The candidate needs to have 3 to 9 years experience in software development and Devops 3 or more years of experience in building Azure Cloud solutions. 2 or more years of experience in building Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM templates, Terraform and other IaC tools. 2 or more years of experience in building SDLC pipelines with ADO and Jenkins to deploy both applications and infrastructure to cloud environments. You are passionate about Embedded systems, Controllers, IoT, IIoT and Modern web applications. Experience in working in Agile/Scrum teams and following agile process Experience with Active Directory, network troubleshooting, system administration (Windows/Linux) Experience in programming languages such as: Python, , PowerShell scripts and shell scripts Familiar with open-source tooling such as Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Prometheus, Grafana
