  • Strategy Development:Creating and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent through various channels.
  • Performance Monitoring:Analyzing recruitment metrics, assessing team performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and create job specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
