About the Role

We are looking for skilled Drone Pilots to join our team and support aerial and interior data

capture for construction monitoring, mapping, and survey operations. The ideal candidate will

have a valid DGCA Remote Pilot License, prior experience in media and mapping work, and a

keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Media Capture:

o Capture high-quality raw images and videos of construction sites.

o Ensure framing, lighting, and angles meet media documentation requirements.

  • Mapping & Survey:

o Plan and execute drone flights to capture images suitable for orthomosaic

generation.

o Set and manage flight parameters such as overlap, altitude, and GSD for

mapping accuracy.

o Capture Ground Control Points (GCPs) and coordinate with survey teams using

DGPS.

  • Flight Operations:

o Conduct automated and manual drone flights safely and efficiently.

o Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks, maintain flight logs, and ensure

regulatory compliance.

o Coordinate with on-site teams to ensure smooth operations across multiple

towers/projects

  • Virtual Tour capture

o Capture 360 Degree Interior Virtual tour at Construction Sites

Requirements

  • Mandatory:

o DGCA Remote Pilot License (Multi-rotor, Small or above).

o 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Media, Mapping, or Surveying work.

o Working knowledge of DJI drones (preferably Mavic 3 Enterprise or equivalent).

  • Preferred Skills:

o Basic Conceptual knowledge of photogrammetry and GIS – No need to know the

tools

o Basic troubleshooting and maintenance of drones and sensors.
