Title - Assistant BIM Assessor

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to assist the BIM Assessment & Training Specialist in evaluating candidate proficiency, supporting BIM training initiatives, and coordinating with Talent Acquisition and technical teams. This role is ideal for someone with foundational BIM knowledge and a passion for learning and development in the AEC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and organizing BIM software assessments for candidates.
  • Support in conducting manual and automated testing across Autodesk and Bentley platforms.
  • Help document the candidates performance and compile feedback reports for the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Collaborate in creating test cases, scripts, and evaluation criteria based on project and discipline requirements.
  • Maintain and update assessment templates and documentation.
  • Support the development and delivery of BIM skill enhancement programs.
  • Assist in tracking team skill levels and training progress.
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to schedule assessments and interviews.
  • Maintain records of candidate evaluations and training sessions.
  • Stay updated on BIM software updates and testing methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Certification: Certifications in AutoCad, Revit, Navisworks, OBD, MicroStation etc.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Bentley tools; familiarity with CDE tool will be an added advantage..
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Teamwork: Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members
