Job Title: Product Manager - Pentasure (International Market)

Location: Mumbai, India

Department: Clinical Nutrition - International Business

Reports To: Head - International Marketing / Business Unit Head Company: Hexagon Nutrition Limited

Role Summary

The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the global positioning, marketing strategy, and portfolio expansion of the Pentasure brand across key international markets. This role demands a strong blend of product marketing, scientific acumen, and commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product & Market Strategy

  2. Define and implement country-specific product positioning and promotion strategies for PentaSure range.

  3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis across international markets

    (APAC, Africa, LATAM, MENA, CIS).
  4. Identify key product offerings for each country and align with distributor's team to successfully position and launch the product or upsell new products to existing country based on regional disease burden and market gaps.
  5. Engage with the Distributor teams to identify and address queries. Responsible for new product training and refresher training.
  6. Identify different social media platforms in each country and successfully manage these accounts by actively engaging with our target audience in each country

  7. Marketing & Promotion

  8. Develop scientific detailing aids, e-brochures, presentations, and training manua for KOLs, doctors, and field force.

  9. Work closely with R&D team to develop evidence-based and Scientific communication.
  10. Coordinate with internal digital marketing team and distributors' team for designing and rolling out country specific campaigns.

  11. Cross-functional Coordination

  12. Liaise with R&D, regulatory affairs, and international sales teams to ensure timely registrations and launch readiness.

  13. Collaborate with supply chain to ensure demand forecasting and inventory planning for export markets.

  14. KOL & Distributor Engagement

  15. Build strong relationships with regional key opinion leaders (KOLs), dietitians, intensivists, nephrologists, etc.

  16. Support on-ground training and field visits in select countries in coordination with international business managers.

Preferred candidate profile :-

Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.Pharm / B.Sc (Nutrition, Life Sciences) + MBA (Marketing or Healthcare preferred).
  • 3-6 years of experience in product management or international marketing in nutraceuticals, clinical nutrition, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Exposure to regulatory and clinical nutrition trends in export markets is preferred.

Key Skills:

  • Deep understanding of clinical nutrition and disease-specific nutrition therapy.
  • Strong analytical, creative, and scientific communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across countries and functions.
  • Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM/ERP tools.
