Job Description - Junior Architect

Role: Junior Architect

Location : Bangalore

Salary : 30k - 45k

Experience : 1 - 4 years

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Architect to join our team. As a fresher in the field, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced architects and designers, gaining valuable hands-on experience and contributing to exciting projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior architects in conceptualizing and developing design proposals for various projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and renderings using CAD software and other design tools.
  • Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility.
  • Collaborate with project teams to generate innovative design solutions that meet client requirements and project objectives.
  • Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Support the project management process by assisting in documentation, scheduling, and coordination tasks.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable design practices to contribute fresh ideas and insights to the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (such as AutoCAD), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and 3D modeling tools (such as SketchUp or Revit).
  • Strong visual and graphic communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey design ideas through drawings, diagrams, and presentations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior staff.
  • Eagerness to learn and a passion for architecture, design, and the built environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

A positive attitude, creativity, and a willingness to contribute to a dynamic and innovative design studio environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
