Compliance Officer

To support the Commercial & Dispatch Manager by ensuring regulatory compliance, documentation accuracy, and cost efficiency in all commercial and dispatch operations. The role safeguards against compliance risks while driving monitoring mechanisms to control logistics, freight, and commercial expenses, contributing to overall profitability.

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Verify accuracy of invoices.
• Ensure proper application of GST, excise, and other applicable taxes.
• Monitor compliance with statutory requirements (GST filings, e-way bills, vendor compliance, etc.).
• Assist during internal/external audits by providing required documents and clarifications
• Posting of Invoice in IQMS and preparation of export documents - Invoice, Packing List, E Waybill, IRN
• Verify dispatch documents (delivery challans, e-way bills, packing lists).
• Ensure transporters and logistics vendors meet statutory compliance (vehicle permits, driver licenses, insurance, etc.).
• Sealing and Releasing of Export Containers
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, EXIM policies, and DGFT guidelines.
• Coordinate with CHA and freight forwarders for smooth clearance.
• Monitor loading practices for compliance with statutory and customer requirements.
• Taking up matter proactively with related person to avoid detention
• Preparation of RFID Seal Register and Cable Seal Register
• Updating/uploading checklist and compliance task in Aventis site
