About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate
Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deliver solutions across Sales, Service, CPQ, and Marketing Cloud
. The role requires ownership, hands-on development, and collaboration with global teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on design and development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, and Queueables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams throughout the SDLC: Analysis, Design, Development, Integrations, and Maintenance
  • Apply Salesforce best practices, secure coding, and platform standards
  • Participate in code and design reviews, troubleshooting, and production support
  • Manage multiple environments, deployments, and maintain data integrity
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years of Salesforce development experience on Sales, Service, CPQ, Experience Cloud
  • Strong expertise in
    Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, APIs (REST/SOAP), integrations, and CI/CD tools (VSCode, SFDX, Git, Jenkins, Copado, Flosum, Gearset)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory)
  • Experience in
    data modeling, automation, secure coding
    , and sharing architecture
  • Ability to collaborate with remote teams across time zones
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, GenAI, Python, Salesforce CRM Analytics, Marketing Cloud
  • Knowledge of NodeJS, Angular, React, Jest, and integration platforms (Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, Informatica)
