Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled E-commerce Manager to lead and optimize our online sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and marketplace operations, ensuring maximum brand visibility and revenue growth across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Strategy & Sales Growth
- Develop and execute an e-commerce strategy to drive sales.
- Manage online sales across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Etsy, and D2C websites.
- Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotions to increase conversions.
- Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies for growth.
Marketplace & Website Management
- Oversee product cataloging, listing, and inventory management on multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure product pages are optimized with compelling descriptions, images, and SEO-friendly content.
- Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to maintain stock levels and timely order fulfillment.
Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and influencer collaborations.
- Leverage SEO and performance marketing strategies to enhance online visibility and brand recall.
- Implement customer engagement initiatives such as reviews, ratings, and loyalty programs.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Expertise in SEO, performance marketing, and paid ads (Google & Meta Ads).
- Experience in inventory, pricing, and promotions management for e-commerce.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
