Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in outbound/inbound calling, specifically with US clients. Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to engage professionally with customers are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and handle inbound queries from US-based clients.
  • Clearly communicate product/service information and respond to inquiries.
  • Maintain records of conversations
  • Follow up on leads and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle client objections effectively and professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues if needed.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a tele calling/customer service role dealing with US clients.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work in night shifts and adapt to US time zones.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in BPO/KPO or international calling is a plus.
  • Familiarity with US culture and customer service expectations.
  • Candidates from B.tech , BCA, MCA students or any relative IT field is applicable only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
