  • Develop and implement quality control: Create and manage quality control plans testing procedures and quality management systems.
  • Conduct inspections and testing : Perform routine quality checks on raw materials (cement aggregates steel) and finished precast products. This includes conducting tests like compressive strenght sieve analysis and setting time.
  • Ensure compliance : Verify that all processes and products meet relevant standards such as IS ASTM and othe applicable specifications.
  • Document and report : Maintain accurate records of inspections test results and no conformities . Document and report quality issues and corrective actions taken.
  • Collaborate with production: Work with production teams to resolve quality issues implement corrective and preventive measures and conduct root cause analysis on non-conformities.
  • Manage lab operations: Oversee the in-house laboratory for material testing and coordinate with third-party inspections and audits.
  • Train staff: Train and guide shop-floor personel on quality protocols standards and best practices.
  • Utilize software: Use computer systems like Excel or ERP/QC software for data entry reporting and analysis.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹35,803.03 per month
