Job Description: Customer Success Associate (Multilingual - South & West Indian Languages)

Location: Gurgaon

Work Mode: Work From Office

Position: Customer Success Associate

Languages Required: Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, & Malayalam (Fluency in multiple languages preferred)

Qualification: Undergraduate (UG) and Graduate candidates are both eligible to apply.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Working Days: 6 days working / week

Week Off: Rotational

Shifts: Rotational shifts

Number of Positions: 20 Agents

Salary (Telugu): Upto 24k CTC (Salary for other languages will be commensurate with experience and language proficiency)

Requirement: The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries effectively and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
