Junior Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily site operations and report progress to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and laborers.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with approved construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor material usage and maintain site material records.
• Assist in quality control and ensure that the work meets the required standards and tolerances.
• Maintain site documentation including daily progress reports, labor reports, and material receipts.
• Coordinate with other departments such as Planning, Procurement, and Quality Assurance.
• Enforce health and safety protocols on-site.
• Report site issues or discrepancies and suggest practical solutions.
• Attend site meetings and assist in preparing status updates.

3. Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience:0 –2 years of experience in construction site execution. Fresh graduates may be considered for training roles.

4. Required Skills

• Basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and construction methods.
• Familiarity with site measurement and surveying tools.
• Strong observation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on-site, including remote locations if required.

5. Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods on construction sites.
• Physically fit to inspect works, climb scaffolding or ladders if necessary.
• Willing to work in varying weather conditions and outdoor environments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
