Store Keeper

• Receive, inspect, and properly store all food, beverage, and non-food items delivered to the restaurant.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inventory movements, and daily transactions.
• Ensure all products are labeled, organized, and stored following food safety and hygiene standards (FIFO/FEFO).
• Monitor stock usage and coordinate with the kitchen and purchasing departments for timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist in monthly/weekly inventory audits.
• Check and verify expiry dates, quality, and condition of all incoming items.
• Issue supplies to kitchen and service teams based on requisitions and maintain proper documentation.
• Prevent stock damage, wastage, pilferage, or loss by ensuring proper handling and storage practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, freezers, and dry stores.
• Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing team regarding delivery schedules, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with restaurant policies, safety rules, and food hygiene regulations.
• Prepare inventory reports and assist management with cost-control efforts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹24,000.00 per month
