  • Ensure proper drug storage in Pharmacy
  • Ensure Narcotics and High risk drugs are stored & maintained properly
  • Crash cart maintenance
  • Ambulance maintenance
  • Data collection regarding Antibiotic usage and its calculation based on organizational/ accreditation requirements.

  • Training to the Nurses, Pharmacists and Medical Transcriptionists on

  • Nurses-About Dilution practices, Administration Procedures, documentation & storage of drugs with proper label and policies on MOM to reduce the Administration errors and Documentation errors.

  • Storage of Drugs and proper Dispensing procedures and policies on MOM for reducing Dispensing errors.

  • Medical Transcriptionist- To transcribe drug orders properly by reducing transcription errors and indenting errors and about policies on MOM.

  • Preparation of Monthly Audit Report on MOM

  • Updating of Drug Formulary
  • Medication Audit to ensure adherence of policies in all areas of hospital
  • Check Nurse's Administration procedures of drugs
  • Initiation of Projects for the improvement of Quality of the Institute
